Sports massage has been around for many years helping people who suffer from poor posture, muscular injuries, dysfunctions, poor range of motion, health conditions and much more.
The hands-on therapy techniques help to relax and lengthen muscle fibres, break down scar tissue and soft tissue adhesion, improve recovery and much more.
Please note: Sports massage will last between 60-70 minutes. Travel time is reflected in the length of booking. Mobile service can only be offered where parking is available and within 5 miles of NG3.
Cancellation Policy
Please contact us 24 hours prior to your allocated slot if you wish to cancel or rearrange. Cancellations outside of these times will result in the loss of deposits.
Please be aware that if you do not show up to your booking you will be liable for the full amount of the treatment.
