Nikki has always had a keen interest in sports and rehabilitation. Nikki also has an interest in the body's biomechanics and how the body performs when undertaking different activities. Nikki has a great understanding of the stresses placed upon the body when performing daily activities and performing different sports.
Nikki's focus is to help everyone continue to perform the activities they enjoy without stiffness and pain.
Nikki also holds a BSA in business and sports education. She is also head of six form at a local school.
Nikki offers a range of sessions including Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Cupping Therapy and Back, Neck and Shoulders Treatments.
